On Board and Train
"Our 14 week old Vizsla puppy completed a 10 day board and train with Jacki at TopDogs Mutt-e-ssori. In short, we could not be more pleased with the results!
Oro has been home now for a week. Incredibly, his most annoying and frustrating behaviours have been fully addressed: He never jumps, and never nips. Before “leave it” is even fully out of our mouths, he’s dropped whatever had interested him. Jacki reinforced his sit, and down. He is also now content in his crate, which has made having him so much easier during hectic times. His recall is stellar, which is particularly surprising as he had no recall training before his board.
Previously timid at loud noises and other dogs, he now easily walks in a city; instead of fearing everybody who approaches, he now wants to see what they’re carrying. He went from tugging on a leash uncontrollably to walking comfortably at our side. Instead of fearing all other dogs, he is cautiously curious."

Group Classes
"Excellent daycare, training, and boarding option! Our pup was very wary of strangers at first, but it only took a couple of visits before she learned how much fun TopDog's is. Her tail goes straight up in the air every time we head over there, and she has had a series of excellent overnight stays! The staff are very caring, knowledgeable, and put a lot of effort into organizing fun and training. They make our dog feel safe and loved, and I couldn't recommended them more highly!"

On Enrichment Daycare & Training
"Our pup (Robert) has been attending TopDog Mutt-e-sori 2-3 mornings a week for the past several weeks. They offer "dogcare" for full days as well as the half days and for our guy, we opted for additional training while he attends.
He is only 5 months old and with their help, we've been very successful with his training at home. I'm obviously biased, he is a smart little guy, BUT, I do think the consistency they have in their program has helped US in his training.
His report book and the instructional videos are super easy to follow along with at home.
The only thing they don’t offer is training of husband's, but he's doing better too
Jackie, Megan, Cass... all the ladies are sweet and helpful and ALWAYS take such great care of our pup. It's also fun to be able to watch their socials and see what's happening at the daycare every day. They update stories and reels everyday!

"This school and the lovely people that teach the dogs are wonderful. We have a Morkie. She needed some socialization. She was very timid. We took the 8 week beginner session and I was amazed at what she learned in a short period of time. She also goes to day care once a week to play with the other dogs while having some training as well. We follow up at home with what she has been taught and our Morkie “Happy” is a lovely little dog with manners. She LOVES going to school. I would highly recommend this school."

On Group Training, Daycare & Socialization
Top Dog Muttessori has been an incredible tool for my new puppy AND myself. He’s been socialized beautifully, and gets so excited to see his friends twice a week. He also is given and still enrolled in amazing training so that one day, should anything happen to me, God forbid, he will be a well mannered joy for any of my friends to love.
Also thanks to Kathy from the Barrie location! Banjo and I have enjoyed and met new friends from the puppy classes we took this summer.

This is a very exceptional facility! I never thought I would feel comfortable sending any of my dogs to daycare, but I can honestly say I feel at ease knowing my pup is well taken care of and managed appropriately here. The combination of small group play, enrichment sessions and training sessions is exactly what I was looking for. Jacki has gone above and beyond to accommodate our unique situation to make it possible for our puppy to go to daycare around my schedule. Our puppy Poppy is in the midst of her second training class Muttesori. I can’t say enough about what a fantastic experience both classes have been! And the reason for this is our wonderful teachers Jacob and Paige! Their knowledge and expertise is top notch, as are their coaching skills. Their approach is very positive and effective in that they start where the dog and the owner are at and encourage existing and developing skills. Even when there is a long way to go, we are never left to feel that we won’t get it. Not to mention that they always make the class fun! Thank you! Very highly recommended! - Maria
Our Australian Shepard (now 1.5 years old) has been going to the daycare since she was a puppy. We took her for her initial assessment only a week after getting her because we knew she would need somewhere to go with our hectic work schedules. She did a number of weeks of training while at daycare, which built an incredible foundation for how she behaves as an adult dog.
Even more important: She absolutely loves it there! We can't say the word "daycare" unless she is actually going in the next 5 minutes because she gets so excited.
The initial assessment ensures the dogs at the daycare are all safe for her to be around and brings me a sense of comfort knowing my dog is safe there. The staff are also very strict with their human-to-dog ratios to ensure constant supervision. We are so grateful for TopDogs, I don't know what we would have done without them over the last year. We have sent our puppy here for 3-4 months. My puppy is always happy to go in and always exhausted when we pick him up. The girls are very accommodating to our schedules. I love to watch the Instagram posts and stories when I have a break at work to see what my little guy is doing during the day. We have signed up for enrichment tutoring a few days that he's there and it also has paid off. He's also done a beginner puppy class. I highly recommend TopDog's Mutt-E-Sorri and their services. My dog Fred and I are really impressed with the team. They truly care about your dog like it’s their own. He and I has benefitted greatly from their enrichment program, and their knowledge of canine behaviour really makes a difference. More recently, I’ve been blown away with their progress with helping Fred get comfortable with nail clippers. Their kind, force free approach has done wonders for his anxiety over nail grooming. I also know he loves his outings to stores, because he can’t get enough of the belly rubs. - Sonya
